A step-by-step of what to expect
Get Started
Step 1.
A. Phone consultation followed by a site visit to determine the kitchen design and wish list for the home owner. OR B. If a kitchen design is already available from the client, a consultation followed by an initial estimate can be provided.
Step 2.
Further consultation and finalization of details and materials, with timelines, are established to meet the installation requirements.
Step 3.
The estimate is signed based upon the agreed work and a 50% deposit is provided by the client to initiate the cabinet builds.
Once a firm delivery date has been established by the manufacturer, coordination with the homeowner for delivery and installation will be finalized. Timelines are usually made available within 1 week of the order being placed.
Sink & Hardware
The Kitchen Sink
A kitchen sink must be chosen and provided to allow the construction of the cabinet that will cradle it. Other cabinets can still be crafted but without the sink it will delay the installation.
Hardware Selecion
Hardware must also be chosen and on site by installation appointment so the installers can put the finishing touches on your cabinets at that time.
Installation
Install
Typically, installation will take anywhere from 1 or two days depending on the complexity of the job and the involvement of additional tradespeople (plumbers, electricians).
Sign off
The homeowner will inspect and sign off on the cabinet installation triggering the next stage of the process which is typically the measurements for the counter tops. Final payment of the cabinet portion will be due at this time and the next phase will commence.
